Notice on Plus Chat Usage Guidelines

📢 Plus Chat is a space for both artists and fans and therefore requires a respectful attitude. To foster a positive environment for everyone to enjoy within the community, we prohibit the following behaviors.

• Sharing user's personal information (selfies, social media accounts, and other posts that may expose information about yourself and others)
• Edited content utilizing artists' photos (hatred, indiscriminate use of stickers, blurring, etc.)
• Hateful behavior and harassment (verbal insults, violence, and threats)
• Impersonation of artists, officials, and other users
• Spam, fraudulent, promotional, or other malicious posts
• Nudity, pornography, or other sex-related posts
• Mentioning other artists excessively
• Spamming repetitive contents

📌Nickname Guide📌 

• Impersonating artists and agencies by using artists' names in your nickname is prohibited.
• Nicknames may not contain profanity, vulgar language, or anything that may cause discomfort to others.

📌Report Procedure Guide📌

Posts may be hidden if they violate the guidelines.

• If any user's posts and comments contain content violating the rules, please report them by using the report function on the top right corner.
• The activities and the reported items(posts, comments, live chats) of users who violate the guidelines will be hidden. In addition, users who repeat prohibited activities may be subject to service restriction.

📌Activities that are restricted when reported📌

• When violations of the guidelines are found, there may be a restriction from using the service.
• Post exposure restriction: All posts/comments will be hidden.
• Profile exposure restriction: Postings by a prohibited profile may be restricted.
• Feed access restriction: The user will be temporarily or permanently banned from accessing the Feed.
• Live access restriction: Live service may be restricted to users reported during Live.
