<Fanclub Term>
The moment of the fanclub purchase will give authority as a member of a fanclub, and the term is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Fanclub Join / 25,000won (KRW) / $22 (USD) / ¥3,000 (JPY) (one membership per one person)

<Early Bird Fanclub Information>
1. The set of 7 Early Bird Photocards for early subscribers can be separately requested on the ‘naya' Early Bird Photocard product page within the Plus Chat izna SHOP. (Limited to 1 request per ID)
2. The ‘naya' Early Bird Photocard is available for application only to those who have joined the izna Global Official Fanclub 'naya' by September 11, 2024, 23:59 (KST) and can be applied for until September 18, 2024, 23:59 (KST).
3. For overseas shipping addresses outside of Korea, please make sure to enter the shipping information, including the recipient's details, in English.
<Fanclub Join Purchase Event>
1. Membership join event
- Member birthday : autographed polaroid pics given to each member’s birthday purchasers (122nd, 418th, 508th, 714th, 804th, 1028th, 1114th purchaser / Total 7 people) *order of payment completed
- Date of formed : All member autographed polaroid (1 type)

<How To Join>
1. Join official community of Plus Chat izna
2. Within Plus Chat izna Notice, check <izna Global Official Fanclub ‘naya’ Recruitment>
3. Within Plus Chat izna SHOP, join <izna Global Official Fanclub ‘naya’ Recruitment>
4. Enter your precise personal information
(Name by official ID, Date of Birth, Phone number, etc.)
5. Proceed payment and confirm the details
6. Join completed
7. Fanclub Special Goods can be purchased after joining the fanclub, and the details will be updated.
<Notification>
1. Must join by Plus Chat ID user’s name and information, limited to one account per one person.
(Parents, siblings, and other people's information cannot be accepted, when two or more accounts are detected, except the first account, other accounts will be canceled.)
2. The membership information collected when purchasing (name/date of birth/contact number) cannot be modified after the purchase. Please make sure to enter it accurately.
3.Refund is not available after joining the fanclub and starting to use any of the fanclub services.
4. izna Global Official Fanclub ‘naya’ fanclub Special Goods purchase related information will be updated.
5. If you cannot join with your personal given name, you can join with your parents or siblings’ name only.
(In order to use the fanclub services, you need to provide a Family Relation Certificate, ID of parents, siblings, and your own.)
6. Digital membership card information is applied as written when joining the fanclub. (Name, Date of Birth)
7. For overseas members, please enter your English name as written in your passport.
(When providing capitalization, space should be precisely entered.)
8. If you officially changed your name after joining the membership, please contact the customer service center for the change, and modify your information.
9. Please enter your date of birth as YYYYMMDD.
10. Cancel, transfer, refund of membership due to simple change of mind is not available.
11. After early ticketing for concert and fan meetings, if the ID is found for an illegal transaction, the ticket can be canceled without any notice, membership right is subject to deprivation.
12. Fanclub benefits are limited to the member itself, they are not transferable or for sales to others. When found, fanclub rights are deprived immediately and cannot receive any fanclub benefits beyond.
13. When leaving izna official community during the fanclub term, fanclub benefits are not provided.
14. izna Global Official Fanclub ‘naya’ – any questions or concerns about joining membership, please contact through Plus Chat 1:1 service.
