[Showcase Details]

• Date: November 25, 2024 (MON) 8 PM (KST)
• Location: YES24 LIVE HALL
• Number of Winners: 150 people (1 ticket per person)
  *Seating will be randomly assigned.

[Entry Period for the Event]

November 4, 2024 (MON) 3 PM ~ November 10, 2024 (SUN) 11:59 PM (KST)

• The deadline for the showcase entry will be based on the payment completion time. (Payments completed by November 11, 2024 (MON) at 12 AM will not be eligible for the showcase entry.)
• You can only enter for the showcase with the event products sold in the “Plus Chat Shop.”
• Even after the showcase entry period ends, if you purchase the album during the pre-order period at the Plus Chat Shop, you will receive an <1 Unreleased Selfie Photocard (7 Types in Total)> as a special gift corresponding to the quantity purchased.
• The special gift given when you enter for the showcase will have the same image as the unreleased pre-order special gift.

[How to Enter]

During the limited event period, a total of 150 members who purchase the izna The First Mini Album 'N/a' event products from the Plus Chat Shop will be randomly selected.
(1 ticket per person; No duplicate wins.)

• No duplicate wins from the showcase event on other sites that are on sale during the same period.
• This showcase is scheduled to be streamed online.
• For SET products, you will be automatically entered for the number of albums included in the SET.
• If you place multiple orders with a single ID during the event period, you will be automatically entered into the event for a number of times equal to your total purchase quantity. If multiple participants order using one ID, it will be considered as one participant.
  Example) During the event period, if member A orders 2 albums in the 1st and 3 albums in the 2nd, it will be totaled to 5 purchases, and then member A will be automatically entered 5 times.

[Notes for Showcase Entry]

1. Products purchased during the entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the event ends and the winners are announced.
2. Multiple purchases for the event entry are allowed.
3. Only the individual who wins can attend; no proxy pickup or transfer/sale of tickets is permitted. (Participation will be denied if caught.)
   Any issues arising from transfer/sale will be the sole responsibility of the parties involved. And if the winner is not the one attending, entry and ticket pickup will not be allowed. Please keep this in mind when entering.
4. The winner selection process will be based solely on the ID information used for the entry. Please enter using the name as it appears on your ID or passport, in either Korean or English.
   (Foreign winners can only enter if their name matches the English name on their passport.)
5. Please bring a physical ID with a photo for identity verification when attending the event. Entry will not be allowed without it.
   ※ What is a Valid Form of ID for Identity Verification?
   For Korean Nationals: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Youth ID (issued by the local government office), Student ID (only for minors)
   For Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Foreign Registration Card (Foreigners must bring their passport.)
   * Non-Korean nationals can only verify their identity using the English name as it appears on their passport.
   * Any ID not listed above will not be accepted.
   * All IDs must be physical and valid (not expired).
   - Foreign participants can only enter if their name matches the English name on their passport.)
   * However, if there are any suspicions of falsification or forgery, a second identity verification may be conducted on-site.
   * Temporary IDs (paper-based) and any paper forms of ID are not accepted.
6. When purchasing event products through the Plus Chat Shop for the purpose of entering for the event, you must register personal information, including your name, date of birth, and mobile number, for winner verification. Please note that the registered information cannot be modified for any reason, so please pay attention when entering your information.
7. When entering for this event, the personal information of the winners will be provided as follows to verify duplicate winners and administer the event.
   - Information Provided: Name, Mobile Number, Email, ID, Date of Birth
   - Recipient of Personal Information: Plus Chat Shop, WAKEONE
   - Purpose of Collection: To verify duplicate winners of izna The First Mini Album 'N/a' showcase invitation event and for identity verification and event management.
   - Duration of Retention and Use by Recipients: Within 7 days after the event ends.
8. Tickets will be distributed upon identity verification, and seating will be assigned randomly. Changing seats arbitrarily or moving during the showcase is prohibited, so we kindly ask for fans' cooperation.
9. Detailed announcements regarding ticket pickup and entry related to this event will be sent separately along with the winner announcement.
10. This event may be subject to change or cancellation due to internal circumstances. Any changes that may affect participation in the event will be announced separately through “Plus Chat > izna Community.”
11. No letters, gifts, floral arrangements, or other support will be accepted for this showcase.

[Notes for 1 Unreleased Selfie Photocard (7 Types in Total) Giveaway Entry]

1. Products purchased during the event entry period cannot be canceled or refunded by the customer after the event entry ends.
2. Special photocard will be sent out along with the purchased album after the entry period ends. This shipping schedule may vary depending on product arrival and the supply of the special photocard.
3. This event automatically grants participation opportunities only for orders that have been successfully completed during the entry period.
4. There is no limit on the purchase quantity, and special photocards will be provided based on the quantity purchased.(Photocards will be distributed randomly, and multiple photocards can be given.)
5. If there are issues, such as missing components or product defects caused by the seller, please contact the Customer Center with supporting documentation. 
      Please be aware that processing may take longer if the supporting documentation is missing.
