Notice on MANNEQUEEN Chat Service Termination

Hello. This is Plus Chat.
We would like to inform you about the termination of the MANNEQUEEN Chat Service.

While the chat service will be terminated, please note that we will continue to facilitate interaction through the Plus Chat MANNEQUEEN Community.

Ending date for new purchase of chat subscription: November 29, 2024 (Fri) at 6 PM

• New purchases will only be available until the sale end date. After this date, no new chat subscriptions can be purchased.
• If you purchase a subscription before the sale end date, it will be valid until the service termination date.
• For recurring subscriptions purchased or scheduled for payment before the sale end date, automatic payments will continue even after the sale date. If you want to cancel the automatic payment, please cancel it directly through the app store (Google/Apple).
• Cancellations of recurring subscriptions must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date. For further assistance, please contact the Customer Center of the respective app store.

Google Play Store > 'Subscriptions' menu > Select the subscription you want to cancel > 'Cancel Subscription'
▶ iOS
Open the 'Settings' app > Tap your name > 'Subscriptions' menu > 'Cancel Subscription'

Chat Service Termination Date: December 31, 2024 (Tue), 6 PM

• After the service termination date, sending and receiving new messages will no longer be possible.
• You will still be able to view messages exchanged at the time of subscription after the service ends.
• Chat subscriptions are subscription-based products that take effect immediately upon purchase. Please note that no refunds will be issued for unused time remaining after the service ends. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel your subscription before the next auto-renewal date.
