This is the staff in charge of ZEROBASEONE.

Below are information regarding the participation method and preparation materials for the public broadcasting of ZEROBASEONE The 3rd Mini Album [𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎] ‘𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧’.

ZEROSE people who wish to participate are kindly asked to apply using the form after checking the content below.

We are not liable for any damage arising from any misconception regarding the notification.

[Information on applying for participation]

Application method: Submit after filling in the form via the participation link within Mnet Plus Plus Chat.

Application form: Fan club reservation number / Name / Date of birth / Contact number (e.g., T00000000 / Sung HanBin / 010613 / 010-1234-5678)

Participation link: To be notified later

* Fan club reservation number means the Interpark reservation number applied for with the official fan club.

* The date of birth must be written in 6 digits, and the contact number must contain a hyphen (-).

* If the wrong information is provided or if information is confirmed to be wrong on-site, participation in Fan Club Seating may be denied.

[Information on the method of prior application for participation in Fan Club Seating]

1. After making an application via the participation link within Mnet Plus Plus Chat, members who received the list of names via the notification of names can be admitted with their own number when all of the preparation materials are confirmed on-site.

2. Admission numbers are distributed only to people whose participation in the prior recording is confirmed.

3. The participation link will be opened on the lower side of [Information on the prior recording participation method] 30 minutes before the announced application time.

* People with a preliminary number can be admitted only when there are non-participants and may not be admitted for participation even if they come to the site.

* No additional on-site participation.

[Information on preparation materials for participation in Fan Club Seating]

1. Participation in Fan Club Seating is based on a prior application received on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Prior application must be made with information of the person who will participate in the prior recording. Admission will be allowed when the information provided by the applying person and the ID of the person who comes to the site match.

3. People who do not abide by the application time and form shall be excluded from the list of names. In the case of duplicate application, the later order on the name list shall be recognized.

4. We do not separately receive inquiries regarding cancellation in the case of prior cancellation due to personal reasons.

5. People who arrive after the closing of attendance check shall not be admitted.

*If any one item is missing among the confirmed preparation materials, admission to the day’s Fan Club Seating shall not be allowed.

[Information on the checking of attendance in the public broadcasting]

* Please arrive 20 minutes before the attendance check time.

* The attendance check starts on time. Arriving after the attendance check may cause the order of admission to be pushed back due to late arrival.

* There is a possibility of change in the place of attendance and attendance check. If you change it, you will be notified through the official ZEROBASEONE staff Twitter account (@ZB1staff), so please check the official Twitter often.

* Even when the attendance check is delayed due to failure to check a notification on change, it will be processed as late arrival, so be sure to check the official Twitter account as often as possible.

[Information on preparation materials for participation in the prior recording and Fan Club Seating]

1. ID card for the checking of identification

- Only an actual ID card such as Resident registration card, driver’s license card, student card, Foreign residence card, passport, or qualification card is accepted. (A printout or a photo of the ID card taken by a mobile phone, a mobile identification card is not accepted.)

- A photo and the date of birth must be listed together.

- An ID card whose photo is not your own is not accepted.

- A damaged ID card that cannot be confirmed shall not be accepted.

- If the birthdate is not indicated on the ID card, a supporting document must be presented. (Image of actual resident register, medical insurance card, or family relations certificate)

- If the name of a member provided in Interpark is not your own name, you are required to present a supporting document proving that the name of the Interpark member and the name of the participant are the same. (Image of actual resident register, medical insurance card, or family relations certificate)

2.  ZEROBASEONE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK

-The FAN-CON ACRYLIC LIGHT STICK and OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK purchase statement are not accepted, and only the ZEROBASEONE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK can be accepted.

- In the case of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, which is customized with stickers and dolls, it may be difficult to participate because it is considered a personal cheering tool, so please remove it when you participate in the public broadcast.

3. Interpark Membership Information Page, reservation page of ZEROBASEONE official fan club “ZEROSE” Term 1

- If you lose your official fan club membership card, check the Interpark ZEROBASEONE official fan club 'ZEROSE' 1st booking page.

(Only a printout of the reservation page is accepted. Checking with mobile screen captures or mobile screens are not accepted.)

1) After logging in to Interpark Ticket, click the upper “Member Information” page-> Click the correction of member information.

4. Purchase details of the music download of ZEROBASEONE The 3rd Mini Album [𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎] ‘𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧’ + Printout of personal information management page

-   In the case of purchase details of music download, only the purchase details of the Melon site are accepted.

* In the case of music download purchases, only individual music purchases of MP3 file are recognized. (DCF, FLAC files are not accepted.)

-   The purchase details of music download must include your own nickname on the upper side. (The name of the member information page must match the name of the ID card you have.)

-   Only the names of the immediate family members that can be checked on the ID card or family relationship certificate with your information are recognized. In this case, please bring your family relationship certificate.

* The actual printout of personal information management page and music download purchase details must be presented. Mobile screen and capture images are not accepted.

- The name and date of birth must be indicated on the personal information management page, and they must match those on the ID card you present to us.

 * Melon - Search for ZEROBASEONE - 3 dots on the right side of 𝗦𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧 - About the song - Scroll down / check the total number of views

- For Melon Streaming Mobile Authentication, only mobile authentication is possible, and photographs, copies, captions, and prints are not accepted.

- Only the names of your immediate family members who can be identified on your ID or family relationship certificate will be accepted. In this case, please bring the family relationship certificate.

1st order: All holders of preparation materials + Prior applicants

2nd order: All holders of preparation materials + Prior applicants + Late arriver

3rd order: All holders of preparation materials + Prior applicants + Preliminary number

*Late arrivers at the site shall be admitted in order of arrival, and prior application numbers will be invalidated.

[Precautions on-site when participating in Fan Club Seating]

1. Participation in the fan club seats can be given an entrance number by applying in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. You cannot participate except for the applicant for the list, and if you are caught transferring or selling, you cannot participate in all activities related to fan participation within the activity period. (No illegal acts such as transfer or sale of tickets)

3. Personal streaming broadcasts, photos, videos, and recordings are not allowed. If you are caught, you will not be able to receive ZEROBASEONE fan club seats after being forced to leave the site and delete data. We ask for your active cooperation so that there is no disadvantage in the fan club seats, and please note that if caught, it will cause all damage to the fan club seats other than yourself.

4. It is difficult to bring in filming and recording devices such as cameras and camcorders, so please store the items in advance.

5. Personal comments are prohibited, and if caught, you may be sanctioned by the staff.

6. Please take a seat according to the instructions of the offline staff for the order of entry and seating.

7. You can't move or change seats during the recording, and you can't leave the middle. Please apply only for those who can participate until the end of the recording.

8. If you do not attend the open broadcast, you will not be able to participate in all activities related to the album.

9. We do not accept inquiries about cancellations or participation lists due to personal reasons.

10. If there is no one of the confirmation materials, you cannot enter on the day. You cannot participate in all activities related to the album due to your absence from the public broadcast if you miss the supplies.

11. If you exchange or sell photo cards distributed on-site, we will collect them again and not return them.

12. All personal cheering tools are prohibited during pre-recording, and the confiscated personal cheering tools will not be returned. (Slogans, personal light sticks, other personal cheering tools, writing cheering phrases and members' names on the palm, etc.)

13. If members' names and personal cheering phrases are written on the cheering tools (official cheering sticks, distributed slogans), they will not be returned after confiscation.

14. The time and number of people entering the fan club seats may vary depending on the situation on-site, and please follow the leadership of offline staff and security teams to maintain order smoothly.

15. All public broadcast items distributed when forced to leave will be collected, and all activities related to the album will not be participated.

16. In the case of preliminary personnel, it will be confirmed at the site on the same day, and those who are eligible for the preliminary number will not be absent even if they are absent on the day.

17. Even if it is not indicated in the above, if you do something that is difficult to proceed smoothly depending on the situation on the site on the day, you may be sent off or sanctioned regardless.

18. If you are late for the re-application check time, you will enter at the last number of late hours, not according to the original number.

19. We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from on-site participation due to the lack of public notice.

[Punctuality during checking of the number of participants & prohibition on leaving]

1. If you need to change seats due to unavoidable reasons after checking the number of participants, please do so after confirming with the on-site staff.

2. If you are not at your seat at the time of checking the participants even after offering the admission number, you will be allowed to enter after the last number.

*If you leave your seat or you are not at your seat while checking the number of participants, we are not liable for any disadvantages arising from changing or leaving your seat.

3. We may recheck the number of participants according to the circumstances on-site.

[Fan letters & gift delivery]

1. We do not receive gifts including fan letters.

2. We do not accept any support not approved by our staff in charge beforehand.
