3. Join the <ZEROBASEONE 2nd Global Official Fanclub> in Plus Chat ZEROBASEONE SHOP

4. Provide accurate membership information (name on ID, date of birth, contact information, etc.) during the fanclub sign up process

5. Confirm purchase details after payment

6. Complete the sign up process

7. Fanclub kits can be purchased after joining the fanclub membership

<Guidelines>

1. Sign up with your own Plus Chat ID; one registration per person.

(Registration must be made under the names of parents, siblings, or oneself. If multiple registrations are detected, all except the initial subscription order will be canceled.)

2. The membership information (name/date of birth/contact information) entered during membership purchase cannot be modified after purchase. Please be sure to fill out the information accurately, as any subsequent modifications can only be made through the help center.

3. Refunds are not available after using fanclub privileges upon joining the 2nd Fanclub.

4. Those unable to register in their name can only do so under their parents' or siblings' names.

(When claiming fanclub benefits, bring proof of family relationship, parent's or sibling's ID, and your own ID.)

5. Membership card information will be based on the details provided during registration (name, date of birth).

6. Overseas members should enter their English name as stated in their passport.

(including spaces and uppercase/lowercase letters)

7. Contact us if you've changed your name after registration to request a name change.

8. Ensure your date of birth is entered as a 8-digit format (YYYYMMDD).

9. Once you've joined the fanclub, cancellation, transfer, or refunds due to a change of mind are not permitted.

10. If fraudulent transactions are detected using your ID during concert or fan meeting pre-sale, tickets may be canceled without notice, and fanclub membership may be revoked.

11. Fanclub benefits are exclusively for members during the fanclub activity period and cannot be transferred or sold. Violators risk immediate revocation of fanclub membership and loss of future benefits.

12. If you leave the ZEROBASEONE official community during the fanclub activity period, fanclub benefits will not be provided.

13. We are not responsible for errors in the delivery information of the fanclub kit or for any missing, damaged, or lost fanclub kits due to the user's negligence. In such cases, the kit, including the membership card, cannot be changed or reissued for any reason.

14. Fanclub kits returned due to the user's negligence, such as changes in address and contact information after the subscription period, recipient absence, or unclear address, will be reshipped with COD.

15. Physical membership cards and fanclub kits of ZEROBASEONE 2nd Global Official Fanclub will be produced and shipped after the recruitment period.
