Q. When does the regular payment for Chat subscription process?
- The regular payment is processed one month after the previous payment date through the app market.
  Depending on each app market's policy, the payment may be processed 24 hours before or after the due date.

  Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds at least one day before the due date!

  ※ For fixed-term subscriptions, please repurchase at the end of the subscription period.


Q. How do I set up notifications?
-  You need to set up notifications for the Plus Chat app on your device, as well as notifications for the communities you've joined.

[Required settings to receive notifications]
1. Plus Chat Home - Profile - Marketing Alerts : ON
2. Plus Chat Artist Community - Profile - Notifications : Necessary Notifications : ON
3. Phone(Device) - Settings - Select Plus Chat - Notifications : ON


Q. How can I continue my subscription days?
- Subscription days accumulation will be suspended when the subscription expires, or when you cancel or change the selected artist. However, subscription days will resume if you subscribe to the same artist within 7 days from the end date of the previous subscription.
  If you have canceled (refunded) a subscription payment, the days covered by that subscription will not be reflected in your subscription days.
