[VIP Seat]
▷ People who purchase the VIP seat can participate in a sound check event before watching the show.
▷ People who have reserved VIP seat can enter in advance before the show begins, watch the sound check event, and then watch the show without leaving.
▷ VIP seat will open approximately 2 hours 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please note that partial refunds will not be issued even if you are unable to attend the sound check event due to personal reasons, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. * STEP 1. Fanclub Verification Process for Fanclub Presale
▷ Verification Period : July 31, 2024 (Wed) 2:00PM ~ August 7 (Wed) 11:59:59PM(KST)
▷ Members of Plus Chat’s ZEROBASEONE Official Fanclub must complete the Fanclub Presale Verification on the 2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD] IN SEOUL reservation page during the verification period to participate in the Fanclub Presale. Please proceed with the Fanclub Pre-verification within the period.
▷ To complete ‘Fanclub Presale Verification,’ the information must match your name (name on the ID card, the English name on passport for foreigners) and membership code when signing up for ZEROBASEONE Official Fanclub membership.
▷ The Fanclub membership code refers to the 12-digit number given after signing up for ZEROBASEONE official Fanclub.
(Membership code can be found and copied on the Plus Chat app > ZEROBASEONE Page > Personal Profile Image on the top right > My Membership > Membership Detail)
▷ If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can buy the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub Presale is conducted on the global page, you can buy the ticket only through the global page.
▷ For each Interpark Ticket ID under your name, only one Plus Chat account that applied for a reservation can be authenticated. Duplicate verification is impossible.
▷ The membership information that have completed the verification process cannot be amended, canceled, nor reused. You cannot verify yourself again even if you leave the Interpark Ticket membership.
▷ Presale is valid only when your membership status is maintained until the day of the concert. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded.
* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale
▷ Fanclub Presale Period : August 7, 2024 (Wed) 8:00PM ~ 11:59:59PM(KST)
▷ The Fanclub Presale will be only available to members who have completed the verification of the ZEROBASEONE Official Fanclub Membership by August 7(Wed) 11:59:59PM(KST).
▷ You can only buy 1 ticket per concert for the Fanclub Presale. Members who purchased tickets through the Fanclub Presale can also purchase additional tickets within the purchase limit at the time of General Sale.
※ In case of wheelchair accessible seats, 2 tickets for yourself and your companion can be bought for each concert.
▷ Even if you have completed the Fanclub verification, you can only buy tickets through General Sale once the Fanclub Presale is over, so please check the Fanclub verification and Fanclub Presale period. We inform you that it is your sole responsibility for the damage caused by failing to verify and buy within the given period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the concert are not responsible for any damage.

[General Sale]
▷ General Sale: August 8, 2024 (Thu) 8:00PM(KST) ~
▷ You can buy 2 tickets per concert (including the tickets bought through the Fanclub Presale).
▷ All remaining seats from the Fanclub Presale will be opened for General Sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for General Sale.
[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]
▷ Fanclub Presale: August 7, 2024 (Wed) 10:00AM ~ 5:59:59PM(KST)
▷ General Sale: August 8, 2024 (Thu) 10:00AM(KST) ~
▷ Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone and can be booked through Interpark Ticket Customer Service(1544-1555, weekdays/weekends 09:00-18:00)
▷ You can buy up to 2 seats per person for each concert including your companion.
▷ You can only reserve the wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name in the disability register card (or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserves them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter the concert.
▷ You can receive tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the concert day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card (or welfare card). If you do not present eligible documents, you cannot receive tickets or use wheelchair seats.
▷ The wheelchair accessible seat zones do not have any seats. It will be available only for those who use wheelchairs. For those who do not use wheelchairs will not be able to use the wheelchair accessible seats even if they have their disability register card (or welfare card).
[Reservation Note]
▷ The host, organizer, and ticket vendor are not responsible for any problems with tickets purchased or acquired through other channels other than the official reservation office for this concert.
▷ If a reservation is confirmed through an illegal transaction or illegal use, such as an attempt to make a reservation through an abnormal method, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice and subject to legal action. In this case, the refund of the ticket is not possible, so please be extra careful.
