※ Due to the change in the ZEROBASEONE pre-recording schedule, the previously announced first on-site pickup date has been adjusted. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

  • How to Purchase for On-Site Pickup
    1. Purchase the item for on-site pickup from the Plus Chat SHOP.
    2. Present your on-site pickup exchange voucher at the designated location.
    3. How to Check Exchange Voucher: (MY > Order History > Check Voucher)

The additional online sale schedule for CUSTOM PARTS will be announced in detail at a later date.


[Important Information]

  • Each type of CUSTOM PART can be purchased up to 2 pieces only.
  • ZEROBASEONE OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK and CUSTOM PARTS are only available for on-site pickup and cannot be shipped.
  • If the items are not picked up within the specified pickup schedule, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Partial cancellations are not allowed if multiple items are purchased for on-site pickup (must cancel all and re-purchase).
  • Exchanges and refunds for defective items are only available during on-site pickup hours, so please check your items on-site.
  • The QR code on the exchange voucher is required for item collection. Do not share or upload this QR code online or with others. As no personal verification is conducted on-site, we are not responsible for any exchanges compromised due to user negligence.
