• POP-UP STORE reservations will be openinig in two rounds.
  Week 1 (Feb 21-27, 2025) reservations open on Feb 19, 2025 (Wed), 
  and Week 2 (Feb 28-Mar 6, 2025) reservations open on Feb 26, 2025 (Wed).

Week 1 (Feb 21 (Fri)-Feb 27 (Thur))

‘BLUE PARADISE’ MD SHOP will be operated through online pre-reservation only.

1) The 'ZEROSE’-only round (1st round daily) is exclusive to ZB1 Official Fanclub 'ZEROSE' members and can be reserved via Plus Chat. 

2)General rounds (from the 2nd round onward) can be reserved through the Naver Booking operation.

3)This guide applies to Week 1 (Feb 21 (Fri) - Feb 27 (Thur), 2025). Reservation opening dates vary by week, so please check the schedule before booking.

• The SOUNDS FOREST MAIN ZONE of the ‘BLUE PARADISE’ POP-UP STORE does not require a reservation. However, only MD SHOP pre-reservation holders can participate in the mobile missions.
• If there is a queue at the SOUNDS FOREST MAIN ZONE, priority entry will be given to wristband holders with pre-reservations.

[Round Information]

• Operating hours for round 9 may vary based on The Hyundai Seoul’s weekday and weekend operating hours.
• Round 10 reservations are only available on Friday, Saturday, and public holidays.

[Pre-Reservation Information]

1. Pre-reservations for the ZEROBASEONE ‘BLUE PARADISE’ POP-UP STORE MD SHOP must be made through Plus Chat or Naver Booking operation.

2. The 1st round daily is exclusive to ZEROBASEONE Official Fanclub ‘ZEROSE’ members and can be reserved via Plus Chat. From the 2nd round onward, please use Naver Booking operation.

3. Only pre-reserved guests can enter the ZEROBASEONE ‘BLUE PARADISE’ POP-UP STORE MD SHOP. Walk-ins are not allowed.

- You can enter the SOUNDS FOREST MAIN ZONE of the ‘BLUE PARADISE’ POP-UP STORE without making a prior reservation, but mobile missions can only be participated by those who have made a pre-reservation for the MD SHOP online.
- If there is a queue at the SOUNDS FOREST MAIN ZONE, priority entry will be given to pre-reservation holders wearing wristbands. 

4. You can only enter on the date and time you reserved; entry or changes outside of your reserved date and round are not allowed.

5. Reservations are limited to one person per day. Multiple reservations with a different ID registered under the same name may result in entry restrictions.

- If you have multiple NAVER IDs, please use only one ID to make reservations.

6. Only the reservation holder may enter. Guests must make separate reservations.

- Minors under 14 must use their own phone number for booking and provide parental consent.

- After entering the guardian's phone number, you must enter the verification code to complete the reservation.

- If a minor cannot verify their identity, a legal guardian’s ID must be used for booking, and entry is allowed upon verification of the required documents.

7. On-site changes to reserved rounds or time are not allowed. Cancellations must be made in advance before rebooking.

8. Cancellations can be made through the reservation platform, and same-day cancellations or changes are not permitted.

9. For cancellations or inquiries, please contact the customer service of your reservation platform.

10. Event participation may be temporarily suspended depending on organizer circumstances or on-site conditions, and operating conditions may be flexibly changed.

[Pre-reservation and Identity Verification Information]

The Hyundai Seoul B2, Yeouido Station Underground Entrance

Waiting begins 1 hour before your reserved round, and identity verification begins 30 minutes before your round. Please wait according to your reserved round.

1. Verification and wristband distribution will take place at The Hyundai Seoul B2, Yeouido Station Underground Entrance.

2. Verification starts 30 minutes before the operating hours of each round. Early arrivals will not be processed in advance.

3. Verification areas are divided by rounds. Be sure to check your round time before queuing.

- If you wait in the wrong line and fail verification, no additional verification attempts will be made.

4. Only guests for the current round and the next round (immediately following) may queue in the designated area. There is no waiting space for other rounds.

Example: When Round 1 is in operation - Round 1 & Round 2 waiting / When Round 2 is in operation - Round 2 & Round 3 waiting ... When Round 9 is in operation - Round 9 & Round 10 waiting

5. Identity verification is required for MD SHOP entry. Guests must present both ID & reservation confirmation. To ensure smooth verification, please prepare your ID and reservation page in advance.

- Screenshots or printed copies of reservation details are not accepted; only mobile screens are valid.

- Please make sure you bring your own physical ID listed below to verify your identity.

►Korean Nationals:

-Resident Registration Card, Certificate of Issuance of Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Mobile ID (issued by Government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Police Agency, or PASS)

-Unexpired passport (please make sure you bring a Passport Information Certificate with you if your passport does not have the resident registration number)

-Youth ID (issued by Community Center)

►Foreign Nationals:

- Passport, Residence Card

►Minors under 14 who cannot book using their own Naver ID must use a guardian’s account and put the visitor’s information in the slots for the reserver’s name and contact information.

-Minors under 14 must bring proof of guardianship for verification.

►Legal Guardian Verification Scope:

-Only parents or siblings (friends/acquaintances are not allowed)

-Guardians must present both an ID and a family relationship certificate (e.g., resident registration certificate or family relationship certificate). Entry will be denied if these documents are not provided.

-Accompanying entry is not allowed—only the minor will be permitted to enter.

6. Once verification is complete, wristbands will be distributed. Wristband holders will be registered in the waiting system and may enter when called by the STAFF.

-Entry order for each reserved round is not designated; entry order is based on arrival time, not wristband number.

-The waiting number may differ from the actual entry order.

7. For safety reasons, some of the round 1 reservation holders will move to the MD SHOP under the control of the STAFF, and entry may be delayed if they do not follow the control.

-For a seamless experience, please comply with the guidance of the on-site STAFF.

8. The operation method may be changed depending on the on-site situation. Please cooperate with the STAFF's requests and guidance.

[MD SHOP Usage Guide]

1. Only wristband holders can enter the MD SHOP.

2. Wristbands cannot be reissued if lost or damaged, so please take care of them as they are required for event participation.

3. Entry may be restricted if you arrive after your reserved round has ended.

4. For smooth entry, please check your round’s operating hours and arrive on time.

5. Additional waiting may occur depending on on-site conditions. Please follow STAFF guidance.

6. Waiting space is limited. Arrive only when your turn is near.

7. The waiting space near the MD SHOP is exclusively for customers awaiting their turn; please use it only while waiting for your reserved round.

8. Entry delays or additional waiting may occur based on on-site conditions; we ask for your understanding.

9. Follow the designated path and avoid reverse movements for smooth operations.

10. Once your round ends, you must exit after making your purchase. If you are in the waiting line, you can leave after purchasing.

11. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the MD SHOP.
