OFFICIAL MD Sales Details

To purchase OFFICIAL MD on-site, pre-reservation is required. (Plus Chat, Naver Booking)
Show your wristband to STAFF, who will mark the MD box on your wristband before granting access to the MD SHOP.
 

Buy 70,000 KRW or more, receive 1 random out of 9 types 

• Customers who spend over 70,000 KRW on OFFICIAL MD at the POP-UP STORE will receive one random unreleased photocard from a set of 9.
• After purchasing, staff will verify your receipt and hand you the photocard.
• Please follow the designated pickup route to receive your photocard; re-entry may limit gift eligibility.

• Due to the nature of the material, slight imperfections may occur and are not eligible for exchange.
     (Minor dents, scratches, ink splatters, air bubbles, or press marks under 5mm are not considered defects.)
• Photocards are provided based on the actual payment amount on a single receipt. Combining multiple receipts is not allowed.
  (e.g., 70,000 KRW = 1 photocard; 140,000 KRW = 2 photocards).
• Photocard designs for Week 1 and Week 2 are different.
      Week 1: Feb 21 - Feb 27, 2025 / Week 2: Feb 28 - Mar 6, 2025
• Purchases of items other than OFFICIAL MD (e.g., albums, paid envelopes, event payments) do not count toward this promotion.
  This event operates on a first-come, first-served basis and may end early if supplies run out.

[Purchase Guidelines]
Please be sure to check the following before purchasing.
Any issues resulting from failure to read these guidelines are the buyer’s responsibility.

01. Maximum purchase quantities vary per item and may change based on on-site conditions. (In the case of version-specific released products, they are counted by version)

* PLASTIC BAGS are sold without daily quantity limits but may sell out early. 

02. Sold-out items will not be restocked on the same day, and sales may end earlier than scheduled.

03. Payments are accepted in Korean Won (KRW) via cash or card

(Some cards may be restricted depending on card issuer policies, and use may be restricted if it is not your own card).

04. Product sales are conducted on a pre-payment basis. After payment, please bring your purchase receipt and pick up the product in the designated pick-up area.

05. Problems with incorrect purchases or unreceived products due to calculation errors will be processed on-site on the day of purchase after checking the receipt.

(However, if you do not have a purchase receipt or leave the payment and pick-up waiting line, product receipt may be restricted.)

06. Limited stock may cause temporary purchase restrictions, but restocking may occur depending on supply.

(However, even if it is a sold-out item, in the case of products purchased on the same day, exchange and refund for defects are possible, so please inquire with the STAFF in the POP-UP STORE.)

07. Some products may be sold out early regardless of the operating schedule and policy. Please note that completely sold-out products will not be restocked.

08. Exchanges and refunds due to the buyer's simple change of mind are not possible, so please purchase carefully.

09. Check product condition immediately upon pickup and record an unboxing video.

-  Exchanges and refunds due to defects are only possible after checking the unboxing video, within the operating hours of the day of purchase, and separate processing such as online application is not possible thereafter.
-  When exchanging and refunding, please be sure to bring your purchase receipt, payment card, and purchased product.

Exchanges/refunds cannot be processed if it is not the buyer or if you do not have the necessary items.

10. Free provision of disposable bags in the POP-UP STORE is legally prohibited. Please note that free bags are not provided.

11. All images are example images to help buyers understand, and there may be differences from the actual colors depending on the monitor resolution, and errors may occur in size depending on the measurement method.

12. All product out cases (packaging vinyl, zipper bags, paper bags, boxes, etc.) are manufactured as shock absorbers to protect the product.

-  Minor scratches, dents, and marks may occur during the sales process, and this is not a reason for exchange.

13.  Due to the nature of the material, products may have minor scratches, dents, and marks, and in the case of prints and outputs (photo cards, etc.), minor scratches and dents, including portraits, are not subject to exchange or return. Please be sure to refer to this when purchasing.

14. All benefits (giveaways) are provided on a first-come, first-served basis with limited quantities, and gifting may be closed early when supplies run out.

-  Minor scratches, dents, marks, discoloration, etc. of the gifted items are not product defects and cannot be exchanged.

-  If you cancel, return, or refund the purchased product, you must return the gifted item together for normal processing.
