2025 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON <BLUE MANSION> OFFICIAL MD can be

pre-ordered online through the Plus Chat SHOP and picked up at the OFFICIAL MD ZONE, or purchased directly on-site at the OFFICIAL MD ZONE.

※ For a smooth concert experience, on-site pick up and purchases will be available up to 30 minutes before the show begins.

[OFFICIAL MD Purchase Events]

EVENT☝ Receive 1 random unreleased photocard (from 9 types) with purchases over 70,000 KRW

Eligible for purchases over KRW 70,000 / JPY 7,800 I USD 54

  • On-site purchases are only accepted in KRW. Event eligibility is based on the KRW amount.
  • Online Pre-Order : Event benefits are applied per order number. Different orders cannot be combined.
  • On-site Sales : Event benefits apply per single receipt only. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.

Visit the OFFICIAL MD ZONE to pick up your pre-ordered MD, or purchase MD on-site and receive a random character fan.

  • Distribution may end early due to limited quantity.
  • Characters on the fans are randomly assigned and cannot be selected.


Event Notes

  • Events may end early depending on on-site circumstances.
  • Minor scratches or imperfections on gifts due to material characteristics are not considered defects.
  • If you cancel, return, or refund any purchased items, associated event gifts must also be returned for processing.

How to Pre-Order & Pick Up On-Site

STEP 1. Order and pay for on-site pick up items on Plus Chat SHOP

  • Make your purchase during the pre-order period.
  • After payment, a pick up voucher (QR code) will be generated and can be saved in advance.
    • Please save your QR voucher image in case of poor on-site network connection.
    • Do not share or upload your QR image online. We are not responsible for issues caused by personal negligence.


STEP 2. Visit the OFFICIAL MD ZONE and scan your QR code voucher

  • Visit the OFFICIAL MD ZONE during the available on-site pick up dates and hours.
  • Present your QR voucher to the on-site staff.


STEP 3. Receive your MD and sign for confirmation

  • After receiving your items, please sign in the confirmation section.
  • Once you sign, the staff will tap 'Pick Up Confirmed' to complete the process.
  • If there are any issues with your order, please notify the on-site staff for assistance. Please check your items upon receipt.

[Online Pre-Order & On-Site Pick Up Notice]

  1. On-site pick up is only available during MD ZONE hours. Delivery is not available.
  2. Orders not picked up within the designated period will be automatically canceled, regardless of intent.
  3. Partial cancellations are not allowed for multiple on-site item purchases; full cancellation and re-payment are required.
  4. If you change the currency to USD / JPY before checkout, payment via foreign-issued cards is available.
    (Convenience store payments are not available for on-site pick up items. Please use another payment method.)
  5. The QR code voucher is the only valid proof for item collection. Do not share or upload it.
    We are not responsible for any issues from leaked vouchers.


[On-Site Purchase Notice]

  1. Product images are for reference only.
    Design, size, and material of the actual product may differ slightly due to the manufacturing process. Colors may appear differently depending on monitor settings.
  2. Depending on stock availability, some products may sell out or be limited in quantity.
  3. On-site sales are available only in KRW.
    Cash and card payments are accepted, but certain cards may be restricted by the issuing bank. (Cards not under your name may be subject to restrictions.)
  4. Exchanges/refunds are only possible for unused items. Bring both the receipt and the card used for payment.
    Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; refunds will be offered if exchange is not possible.
  5. For defective products, please bring your receipt.
  6. MD operating hours may change depending on on-site availability.
  7. Due to local regulations, single-use shopping bags are not provided for free.
    Please bring your own bag or purchase one on-site.
