1. Join the Plus Chat ZEROBASEONE Official Community
2. Purchase <ZEROBASEONE 3rd Global Official Fanclub 'ZEROSE'> in the Plus Chat ZEROBASEONE SHOP
3. Enter membership information (Name / Date of Birth / Contact Information)
4. Confirm your purchase details after payment
5. Registration complete
※ Please note when entering fanclub member information:
- Member information cannot be edited after purchase. Please ensure all information is accurate before submitting.
- For foreigners, please make sure you have input your name in English the same way it is written in your passport or alien registration card(ARC).
- Date of birth must be entered as an 8-digit number (YYYYMMDD)
[Important Notes Before Purchase]
- The fanclub activity period runs through Jan 31, 2026 at 11:59PM (KST). Any changes to the schedule will be announced separately.
- ZEROBASEONE 3rd Global Official Fanclub 'ZEROSE' can only be joined once per person.
- Please be sure to sign up with your own Plus Chat ID. (Only your own name or that of an immediate family member (parent or sibling) may be used / If more than one registration is made per person, only the first will be accepted and the rest will be canceled.)
- Fanclub privileges are granted immediately after joining and cannot be refunded once used.
- Those unable to register under their own name may register under the name of a parent or sibling.
In this case, proof of family relationship, the family member’s ID, and your own ID may be requested when receiving benefits.
- The information on your mobile membership card will match the information entered at registration.
- Cancellations, transfers, or refunds due to change of mind are not permitted after registration.
- Fanclub benefits apply only to the member and cannot be transferred or sold.
Violation will result in loss of membership and ineligibility for future benefits.
- If fraudulent activity is detected after pre-booking for concerts or paid fan meetings, tickets may be canceled and membership revoked without prior notice.
- If you withdraw from the ZEROBASEONE Official Community during your membership period, fanclub benefits will no longer be provided.
