ZEROBASEONE 3rd Global Official Fanclub ‘ZEROSE’ Membership Information Update Notice

Hello, this is Plus Chat.

This is a notice regarding the Membership Information Update Survey for those who entered incorrect information during registration for ZEROBASEONE 3rd Global Official Fanclub ‘ZEROSE’.

Membership information can only be corrected if the required format was not followed during registration or if incorrect information was provided.
Corrections for reasons such as transferring fanclub membership to another person are not allowed.

If this applies to you, please carefully review the following and be sure to complete your information update application within the designated period.
Information updates will be processed sequentially until the end of July after the application period closes.

[How to Fill Out the Information Update Form]
- Please only fill in the information that needs to be corrected. (We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from entering information that does not require correction.)
- Please review and follow the format below.
 

1. Name : This information is required for identification when using online/offline benefits.
- Non-Korean nationals: English name as written on your passport or alien registration card(ARC)
- Korean nationals: Name on your ID card (written in Korean)

1) To access fanclub benefits, non-Korean nationals must register their name in English as shown on their passport.
If you register in any other language, your access to benefits may be restricted.

2) When entering your name in English, ensure the spelling and spacing match exactly as shown on your official document. Uppercase and lowercase letters are not distinguished.
Example: If your passport name is JANE SMITH
✅Acceptable : JANE SMITH, jane smith, Jane Smith, etc. (spelled and spaced correctly)
❌Not Acceptable : JANESMITH, JANE-SMITH, etc. (no spacing or use of special characters)

3) While we recommend entering your name in the order of Surname → Given Name, you may also register as Given Name → Surname if it matches your passport. Either format is acceptable for verification and benefit use.

2. Date of Birth
- Please enter your date of birth as an 8-digit number. (YYYYMMDD)

3. Contact Information
- Please make sure to enter the correct country code.
- Enter your phone number using numbers only.
- If your phone number starts with '0', entering or omitting the leading '0' will not affect your ability to use fanclub benefits.

[Important Notes]
- Information cannot be corrected after the application period has ended. Please note that if you enter incorrect information, you may not be able to receive fanclub benefits.
- If the reason for correction is deemed inappropriate, your request may be denied or you may be asked to provide additional supporting documents. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you do not need to make any corrections, please do not apply. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by corrections made with the submitted information.
- You may revise your submitted information within the application period, even after submission.
- Information corrections will be processed sequentially until the end of July after the application period ends.
- Fanclub benefits can only be applied to the registered member and cannot be transferred or sold to others. 
If detected, your fan club membership will be revoked, and you will no longer be eligible for any fan club benefits.
