We would like to inform you about the address change application for the ZEROBASEONE 3rd Global Official [ZEROBASEONE Photo Pack].
If you wish to change your shipping address, please make sure to complete the survey within the application period.

Fans who complete the survey will be given a set period to directly update their shipping address.
After the address change period ends, shipments will begin sequentially from late October.

✏ How to Check Your Order No.
1) Go to the ZEROBASEONE Community → Profile icon (top right) → My Orders
2) Select your ZEROBASEONE Photo Pack order → View details → Copy the Order No. and enter it in the survey

✏ How to Edit Your Shipping Address
1) Go to the ZEROBASEONE Community → Profile icon (top right) → My Orders
2) Select your ZEROBASEONE Photo Pack order → View details → Shipping information [Change] → Edit Shipping Address and save

✅ Important Notes for ZEROBASEONE Photo Pack Shipping Address Changes
You may edit only the address, postal code, and phone number.
You cannot change the shipping country or the country code for your phone number.

Domestic (Korea) ↔ Domestic remote/island addresses in Korea
Domestic (Korea) ↔ Overseas addresses
Change of country for overseas addresses

[Additional Notes]
- You may edit your survey response until the survey deadline.
- If you request an address change, please ensure your information is entered correctly during the address change period.
- For overseas addresses, please enter your shipping information accurately in English.
- After the address change period ends, changes will not be possible under any circumstances.
- If your package is returned due to incorrect address, absence, or unreachable contact after the change period, reshipment will not be available.
- The ZEROBASEONE Photo Pack will be shipped sequentially from late October, after the address change period closes.
- Customs duties are not included in the international shipping fee. If your order exceeds the duty-free limit of the destination country, you must pay the applicable duties.
Failure to pay may result in the package being returned. Refunds and reshipments will not be available.
- Only those who wish to change their shipping address need to participate in the survey. If you do not wish to make changes, no action is required.
